Congratulations to Kolaghassi Development Company (KDC) and the consortium partners on securing the mandate to develop a landmark mixed-use district within King Salman Park, recently announced at MIPIM.
The project will deliver a major urban destination within the park, bringing together residential communities, hospitality, cultural destinations, a Grade-A business quarter and curated retail within a thoughtfully integrated district. Developments of this scale require careful coordination across investors, operators, planners and public stakeholders to align long-term capital with a coherent urban vision.
It has been a privilege for 1648 Capital to support KDC through the process and to work closely with the management team across several strategic initiatives currently underway in the Kingdom and across the region.
We look forward to seeing this $3 billion development progress into delivery and contribute to the next phase of urban transformation in Saudi Arabia.
